Rachael R. Feldman focuses her practice on all areas of commercial real estate development and management. Ms. Feldman began her legal career as In-House Counsel for the Fairfax, Virginia based developer, The Peterson Companies, one of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area's largest privately-owned development companies with vast experience in every aspect of real estate development.

Ms. Feldman joined Thomas J. Mulrenin & Associates in 2009. Ms. Feldman represents clients in connection with real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, management, and finance. Her practice also includes corporate transactions and entity formation. Ms. Feldman's clients include owners and developers of real estate properties.
